General terms and conditions

All communication runs through the booker specified in this form. If the e-mail addresses of the guests have been provided, the correspondence regarding the registration form and check-in will take place with the guests. Access code and room number are therefore not sent to the booker, but to the guest. It is not possible to send this information to two e-mail addresses.

Upon receipt of your information, a provisional booking will be made. Only after receiving your credit card information, the booking is considered definite. The total cost of the group booking will be charged to this credit card 1-3 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy for group bookings is as follows:

Up to 20 days before arrival: free of charge
20 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the arrangement price
10 to 0 days prior to arrival: 80% of the arrangement price
